Help please in locating Italian friend in Ireland

Ciao :) my name is sara, i am tryin to locate a friend.he is italian and being living in ireland for about 30 years.
his name is emmanuel conte, i know he has family in tipperary but i know him from dublin. he is mid 40's. very important.
goes by manno or manni,last known living in clondalkin.
