I've read the message, but with only five lessons of Italian (15 hours), I don't understand very much. I think the gist of it was whether to use 'Don't be shy' versus 'Don't be afraid'.
"SEGHE MENTALI" Well it wasn't in the dictionary, so I googled it. I found it here.

I wonder if I'll be able to use that phrase (SEGHE MENTALI)in the oral exam in December. I think not!!
