Attenzione : per un vespista traditional irlandese, la parola scooter non identifica quelle orrende cose plasticose, che fanno un rumore di frullatore e non hanno la manopola della frizione... Gli unici veri scooter sono la Vespa e la Lambretta.

Già che ci sono ne approfitto... A distanza di alcuni mesi dalla vendita del mio Vespone PE200 mi sono reso conto di avere fatto una grande cazzata e me ne sto pentendo amaramente.


Se qualcuno avesse una Vespa Rally o un PX/PE 200 o 150 (anche già con i freni a disco anteriori) da vendere, mi faccia un fischio.

Un aneddoto: nel 2004, nel B&B in cui eravamo è arrivato un gruppetto di triestini che erano venuti dalla loro città in Vespa!!!
Mi pare che la destinazione del loro giro fosse un raduno europeo di vespisti in UK...

un gallese che frequenta il mio pub è un accanito vespista, nonchè restauratore di scooters
io l'ho sognata, e la risogno, una vespa o una lambretta...ma aspetterò ancora, temo ;)
