Customer Service Agent

The Customer Service Agent is responsible for the correct and timely delivery of support and service to clients, subscribers and colleagues. In addition, the CSA is responsible for any ad-hoc office duties assigned to them. The CSA reports directly to his/her team leader. This is a days-based role. Correspondence with customers will be approximately 80% by email and 20% by phone.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Responsibility: Customer services
• Customer services, & customer education
• Customer service to subscribers as outlined by appropriate procedures
• Training existing and new subscriber (subscriber-education) as outlined by appropriate procedures
• Reporting technical and administrative faults

Responsibility: Administration
• Administration & Organisation
• Handling of client post, E-mail and phone calls
• Reception and ad-hoc office duties
• Reporting administrative irregularities
