Adesso è ufficiale, ma ancora non si legge online da nessuna parte: il governo inglese ha bloccato la legge sui latitanti e sulle amnistie per i paramilitari "on the run".
Mr Hain dice (dall'articolo di Bbc):
the legislation was necessary to bring closure the province's "dark past" of violence.
But, he said that Sinn Fein's rejection of the plans had prompted the decision.
He said if nobody goes through the process, the victims who "suffered the pain of having to come to terms with it" would "have done so for nothing".
Quindi tutto torna al punto di partenza, vedremo i prossimi sviluppi.
