La biblioteca della Royal Dublin Society, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, in collaborazione con Embassy of Poland e Embassy of Finland presenta una mostra fotografica.



WINTER IN FINLAND

November 3rd - December 6th 2005

The Rds Library is delighted to host a photographic exhibition of works by Polish photographer Jolanta Cofta. The theme of her work is Winter in Finland and many of the images have captured that severe winter chill that is experiences in northern Europe.
The world as seen through the eyes and camera of Jolanta is full of natural beauty: Dry blue sky, surreal shapes of ice and snow, low red sun, unique light, birds and animals.
Pictures presented in this exhibition were taken during the three-year stay in Finland, where winter temperatures drop persistently below -20°C.

La mostra è aperta dal 3 Novembre al 6 Dicembre, 10.30-17.00, dal lunedì al venerdì
Ma se andate di sabato magari qualcuno [SM=g27832] vi fa entrare....

E' un occasione per visitare pure la biblioteca del Members' Club della Royal Dublin Society (RDS), di solito aperta solo ai soci. E la biblioteca vale la visita!! [SM=g27811]
