'Salafia to Lecture Monday 23 Oct. at NUI Maynooth Regarding the M3 Motorway & Hill of Tara'
TaraWatch Legal Affairs Spokesperson, Mr Vincent Salafia, will give a talk at 6.00pm on Monday the 23rd of October in Theatre 1 (Arts Block).
The event is being organised by Mr Martin Hogan, who is an Independent candidate for an NUI Senate seat in the coming election. The title of the talk will be 'The Inconvenient Truth About the M3Motorway', and is partly inspired by the current Al Gore film, An Inconvenient Truth.
Mr Salafia will outline economic, environmental, legal, political and moral reasons why the current M3 plan is 'the scariest planning decision you will ever see in Ireland'.
In addition, he will put forward possible alternatives that would efficiently solve the the commuting crisis in County Meath, as well as improve the environment and preserve the integrity of the delicate heritage at Tara.
