Experience tells that politicians would do anything to get votes, only to campaign with the same promises over and over again. The problem has never been the pre-electoral agreement. Politicians would agree to send you on the Moon, provided you cast your ballot in the right direction. The real problem has always been the delivery. Ineed, Italian politicians do not establish their "reputation" upon delivery with the many, namely the citizens, but only with the few, namely the oligarchy. Power is given to them, they do what they want with it, then they ask for power again. You are left with your old problems, and they have a nice life built upon your misery.
