UCC Heritage Week

UCC Historical Society present "Heritage Week".
Its a week that tries to show how great a heriatage we have and how it shouldn't be taken for granted.

There have been changes made since the publication of the ucc guide and the societies guide.
Heres the Timetable anyway

Monday:
Lunchtime in the Old Bar - Silo are playing. You may have seen them in the echo last week. Admission is free and we're being helped out by the LMS.

7.30 - Cheese and wine reception in the student centre.Free food ;)
followed by
Talk in the Honan Chapel by James Cronin of the History of Art dept., about the History of UCC.

Tuesday:
A Showing of the Film "Michael Collins" at 7.30 in the Civil Eng Building Room 110

Wednesday:
Round Table Discussion Round Table Discussion
“Planning away our future”

Speakers include:
Dave Edwards - Dept. of History
Colin Ryne - Dept. of Archaeology
Deirdre Ford - Fianna Fail Councillor
Ken Hanley - Cork City Council
