Our client is a leading financial house in Kerry and is looking at increasing its team of Customer Services technicians. They already employ of 800 people with Europe and are looking at adding to it's very successful team in Kerry. They are looking at implementing a new team of three that will deal with all customer and financial queries. You will also identify new needs from the client/customer and help with any additional needs that will come your way. You will be fully trained and give back up guidance from a very professional / successful team.
Experience:
" Fluent Italian
" In-bound Calls
" 1-2 years Customer care experience
" IT Skills and Knowledge / Computer literate
" Ongoing Training
" Reports
" Good strong Telephone manner
