Scusate l'insistenza, ma il mio inglese, evidentemente, è molto superficiale!!!

dal basso della mia ignoranza posso chiarirti un paio di dubbi.
1) pension = qui il sistema previdenziale e' il piu' basso d'Europa, per cui sei vivamente invitato a fare una pensione "integrativa" deducendo una parte del tuo stipendio che verra' investita in un fondo. A te sta decidere la % del tuo lordo che vuoi investire. la tua azienda ti offre il 7%, vuol dire che quel 7 e' pagato da loro. Ti faccio un es. se tu guadagni 100K e vuoi mettere da parte per la vecchiaia il 10% all'anno, significa che ti farai trattenere 3k dal tuo stipendio, gli altri 7 vengono stanziati da loro, ma nel tuo fondo ci vanno 10k. spero sia chiaro.
2) accomodation: per i tuoi cari che vorranno venirti a trovare loro pagheranno completamente le prime 4 settimane in uno degli alberghi/B&B dipsonibili tra quelli che ti elencheranno
per il resto non so dirti.
magari te lo fai charire quando ti contattano.
cmq, chiedi anche della assicurazione sulla salute, un'altra cosa molto importante e che ti potrebbe far risparmare centianai di euro in caso di dottori etc...(fai gli scongiuri).
