Al lavoro ho fatto una breve ricerca (da perfetta ignorante sulla questione purtroppo), spulciando velocemente bibliografie, sull'argomento e queste sembrano le fonti più usate per quanto riguarda i libri.
Purtroppo sono tutti libri in inglese, ma non escludo che qualcuno di essi possa avere una traduzione italiana, come il libro segnalato da Pedair e magari anche quello di Fisk e altri.
